Guizhi Li, male, born in July 1996, Linyi, Shandong, member of the Communist Party of China. In June 2018, he graduated from Qingdao University of Technology. In the same year, he was admitted to the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering of Qingdao University of Technology and continued to pursue a master's degree in mechanical engineering. He studied under Professor Bai Qinghua.
